It [monthly PawdCast] has been really good for us, especially the summer messages. Lots of clients have mentioned the summer topics they’ve heard on-hold. They say ‘I didn’t know that’. We like to tie our promotions and information on our website to the monthly messages on-hold.

We’re very pleased with our PawsTime system. It’s a really good service, everyone loves it. We’ve had very good feedback. Clients aren’t as frustrated from being on-hold and when we come back to them they seem more pleasant. Everything is terrific!

We have four hospitals and are always striving to do better, adding Messages On-hold was another way for us to do that. Even though we have a very efficient front desk and don’t have a lot of hold time, it fills the gap that we need to fill. It’s an added step for us to get our messages across to the clients. Everyone finds the messages interesting. The monthly messages are very professional, the quality is great and we don’t have to do anything, it happens automatically…which is perfect! It’s so much better than music.

PawsTime has become a great tool for our practice, which has a high call volume. Simple questions like our hours of business and services we offer are answered while our clients listen to the on hold recording. Not only information about our practice but PawsTime also incorporates excerpts regarding client education, which they change from month to month.

Now that PawsTime is connected through the Internet to remote access our message-on-hold player, it has made last minute changes to our recordings that much simpler and quicker. We recently changed our hours and it was only a day or two before the changes were made to our recording. It is definitely a valuable tool for keeping our clients informed and entertained while they are on hold.

I thoroughly enjoy using PawsTime Veterinary Messages on-hold at both of my businesses. They make it so easy to put together important messages for our clients.
