Connie Gualiano, Owner

She founded PawsTime in 2008 after spending years working in the message-on-hold industry (18 years now to date). In addition to leading the team, Connie is responsible for sales and business development.  She is dedicated to partnering with veterinary teams to create awareness among pet owners to help pets live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Her dedication to the veterinary industry has led her to become a proud member of VetPartners, Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA), and Southern California Veterinary Medical Association (SCVMA).

Connie has always been an animal lover and can never remember a time that she didn’t have a pet. Her fur family includes two dogs, Scout a black Lab, and Axel a yellow Lab and two cats, Jackie and Ollie
