The monthly PawdCast is a fully coordinated client education program that combines messages on-hold with corresponding practice building tools that allow hospitals to connect with clients on-hold, online, on Facebook and in their clinic. Each month’s PawdCast also includes our HotSpot, an engaging one-page infographic to display in the hospital, or share via email or social media that includes timely pet care information, content for social media posts that tie in with that month’s PawdCast topics, practice-building articles on topics such as how to make team meetings more productive, and tech tips articles on such topics as DNA testing to create a healthy practice.
Messages On-hold are updated and refreshed automatically each month with no staff effort to ensure that current messages that engage, educate and motivate pet owners about Virbac products are delivered directly to pet owners without having to rely on busy practices.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Each month subscribers automatically receive a brand new, full length message on-hold production. The messages are a perfect combination of Virbac product information (Sentinel Flavor Tabs, Sentinel Spectrum, Movoflex) custom, practice specific information blended with along with fresh, seasonal messages focused on preventive care and treatment recommendations. Since messages change each month callers hear relevant, seasonal messages designed to not only educate but to motivate clients to take action.
The PawdCast uses cloud technology. No more CD’s, flash drives or SD cards. And since new messages are delivered automatically to the telephone the 1st of every month, with no staff effort, outdated messages are a thing of the past. Practices will never play cold weather tips in the middle of August! You can even use the messages to let pet owners know about special promotions and rebate offers. No more relying on busy hospitals to get the word out.
And since the program is customized for each hospital, it not only educates, promotes products and services but it also builds client loyalty and referrals.
IT’S EASY TO ENROLL A HOSPITAL IN THE MONTHLY PROGRAM:
- Determine the number of months that you’d like to sponsor the program.
- Select, or let the hospital select the Virbac sponsored messages they’d like to play. It can be as
simple as indicating the products only or you may select the specific message from the list below. If the product you’d like to promote isn’t listed on the list, let us know. We’re happy to build our library. - Fill out the email form and press submit.
- That’s it, we’ll take it from there! We’ll contact the hospital and get the process going.
- We’ll even notify you a month before the sponsorship expires in case you’d like to extend the term
